Home health setting with home visits and periodic office meetings
Day shift, 5x8 schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
13-week assignment
40 hours per week
Average patient load: 5–6 per day
Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
Territory includes Yuma city/Ft Hills area, with travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic

Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
Weekend coverage and on-call needs vary by location and should be discussed during the interview
Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
Travel is compensated from patient home to patient home; commute to the first and last patient is not billable
