Overview

Travel/contract role in Torrance, California
Day shift: 8:00 AM start, 5x8 hours
40 hours per week
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Home Health (2 years of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
1 year or more of total travel experience in home health
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in Supervisory roles
Experience with OASIS

Schedule and Work Expectations

Weekend coverage required: 1 full weekend plus 1 additional weekend shift every 6 weeks
On-call is not required
Must start on time at 8:00 AM
Typical caseload is 5–6 patients per day

Territory

Covers Los Angeles County
Mileage radius: 5–20 miles
Mileage reimbursement provided per IRS standard

Additional Notes

Local candidates are accepted
Pending license is not accepted
Driver’s license is required for home health workers
Supervisory or manager references are required before start
