Required Qualifications

- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation

- Locals not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- On-call not required

- Alaska Food Worker Certification is required for working in a LTC facility and is obtained during onsite orientation

- Shuttle transportation is arranged to and from Anchorage at the start and end of the contract
