• Shift: Day (5x8) 6:45–14:45 or Evening (5x8) 14:45–23:15
• Hours: 40 per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start times: 0645, 9, 11, and 2:45
• First-timers accepted

• RTO restriction: no more than 5 days

• Unit/setting: Operating Room in an acute care teaching hospital with Level 3 trauma designation

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
• Orthopedics experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Competency Exam
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Primary source verification of license required
• Background check required within 1 year of start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required within 1 year of start
• HHS/OIG required within 1 year of start
• Physical exam within 12 months prior to start
• Tdap required
• Negative TB or chest X-ray required
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella immunization/documentation requirements apply
• RespSafety clearance required
• Skills Checklist 1 required annually
