Job Opportunity: Nuclear Medicine Tech

Location: Brownwood, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (5 days per week, 8 hours per day, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 40

Job Description

Start date: As soon as possible
Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Required certification: ARRT (N) or NMTCB
Texas state license required

Required Qualifications

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Texas
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, including experience within the last year
ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification

Additional Information

Orientation includes mandatory modules (~3-4 hours)
Parking available at no cost during and after orientation
Pass/fail testing required for telemetry nurses (not applicable here but noted for awareness)
Annual updates required for some certifications and health documents
Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival; positive results result in immediate cancellation
