Occupational Therapist - Home Health (California, Berkeley)

Job Details

Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5 days per week, 8 hours per day)
Work Days: Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday (Monday-Friday also possible)
Hours per Week: 40 hours guaranteed if 25 or more patient visits are completed
Location: Home Health setting with travel between patient homes (mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate)
Local candidates are welcome
COVID exemptions permitted

Job Description

Occupational Therapist position in home health care
OASIS experience is required
Home Health experience preferred but candidates without it will be considered
Accepting candidates with pending California OT license if application has been submitted

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
Experience with OASIS

Additional Notes

Hours are based on completed patient visits; 25 visits equal 40 hours
Mileage reimbursement follows IRS standard rates
Rate may vary based on coverage territory and experience
