Diagnostic Technologist Outpatients

Overview

• Contract role in Chico, California
• 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shift, starting at 8:00am
• May be scheduled on weekends

Role Summary

• Primary responsibilities include positioning chest, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, knee, foot, or ankle for x-ray
• Performs imaging procedures without direct supervision, operates X-ray equipment, processes images, and documents into PACS
• Provides basic patient care under supervision of the clinic nurse
• May float to Main Radiology as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in California
• Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
• Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS
• CA Fluoroscopy Permit
• ARRT
• Experience with Epic

Preferred

• Previous traveler experience
