Job Opportunity: Home Health RN

Location: Hermiston, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks)

Job Description

Full-time position for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health.
Work in a new, modern facility located in rural Northeast Oregon.
Provide care to patients in their homes, which may include assisted living or adult foster homes.
Day shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekend rotation shared among 5 clinicians.
Work hours not to exceed 40 hours per week.
Schedule includes a rotating weekend with adjusted days off (e.g., Thursday off before a weekend shift, then working Saturday and Sunday, followed by Friday off).
Must have own automobile for travel to patient homes.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon.
Minimum 3 years of Home Health nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

13 weeks

Additional Notes

Weekend rotation required.
Rural location requiring travel to patient homes.
