Job Opportunity: RN Emergency Department (Contract)

Location: Waimea, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 10 weeks

Job Description

Start time: 7:00 AM on a Monday (no exceptions)
Mandatory 2 years of experience in Emergency Department
Variable shifts totaling 80 hours in a two-week period
- Shifts: AM (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), PM (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), or 8-hour Day, Evening, or Night shifts
Float to Long Term Care or ICU departments as needed
Must meet target start date, no exceptions

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS
Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience (highest required)
Prior travel experience: Required (indicated by "true" in additional info)

Additional Information

Holiday pay based on hours worked on New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day
Compliance requirements must be completed prior to arrival on island

This position is ideal for experienced Emergency Department RNs who are flexible with shifts and able to float to other departments as needed. Prior travel experience is required.
