Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Job Description
Seeking an RN for Med-Surg Acute Care/Observation Unit on the night shift. The unit is experiencing increased patient census due to orthopedic surgeries, hybrid cath lab procedures, and acute/chronic illnesses. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care using specialized knowledge related to critical disease states to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Shift:
- 12-hour night shifts
- Weekend rotation
- Must participate in call rotation, taking 1 call shift every 2 weeks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- At least 3 years of RN Med-Surg experience, including Med-Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- Acute Care experience
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Current ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Additional Information
- Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility
- Housing possibility: furnished studio apartments available nearby (subject to availability)
