Clinical Care Leader / Registered Nurse
Location
- Omaha, Nebraska
Schedule
- Days
- 8-hour shifts
- 40 hours per week
- Work week: Sunday through Saturday
- On-call coverage
Assignment Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Experience
- Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process experience preferred, but not required
Role Summary
- Provides individualized nursing care in the home setting
- Collaborates with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Documents resident history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
- Uses technology to support resident care and team collaboration
- Delegates to and supervises unlicensed personnel
- Serves in leadership roles on department or organizational tasks forces and committees
Additional Notes
- Local placement within 80 miles
- No charge differential at the facility
- Housing may be used at local rates
- A $500 fee applies if the clinician backs out or quits with less than 14 days’ notice
