Shift: 10 and 12 hour shifts, department staffed 24/7 with required on-call coverage

Unit Information

Number of Beds: 23
Number of Staff: 85+
Staff Composition:
- Day Shift: Charge nurses, coordinators, nurse managers, transport staff, RNs, CSTs, OR assistants
- Night Shift: Charge nurse, 2 nurses, 2 CSTs, anesthesia tech, OR assistant
Patient Ratios: 1:1
EMR System: Meditech
Dress Code: Scrubs in ceil blue or royal blue for nurses

Must Have:
- Orthopedics
- Neuro / Spine
- Robotics
- Plastics
- Trauma (Level 1)
Typical Procedures:
- Neuro / Spine surgeries
- Orthopedic trauma, total joint replacements, revisions
- Robotic surgeries (gynecology, colorectal, thoracic, urology)
- Plastic surgeries
- Trauma care

Certifications and Licenses

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Valid Registered Nurse License
