Location: Mayfield, Kentucky
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

• Specialty: Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in specialty

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend / as needed
• Call Requirements: As needed
• Float Requirements: Possible float to like units
• Number of Openings: 1

Unit Information

• Unit: Medical Surgical – 3rd & 4th Floor
• Number of Beds: 57
• Patient Ratios: Up to 1:6 with PCA assistance
• Patient Population: All ages
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: COPD, post-op joint care, diabetic population
• EHR System: MediTech

Certifications & Licensure

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, HWC (Health and Wellness Certification)
• Required Licensure: Registered Nurse license valid in Kentucky
• Additional Notes: Client may require additional certifications as per updated checklist

Additional Information

• Orientation is held weekly on Mondays
• Must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as a travel nurse
