Location: Ottumwa, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Discipline: Occupational Therapy (OT)
Setting: Acute rehab, Medsurg, Outpatient
Number of Positions: 1
Start Date: November 17, 2025
Reason for Opening: Replacement of permanent staff
Facility Size: 120 total beds (13 beds in Acute Rehab Unit)
Work Schedule: Typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 5 days per week, with scheduled Saturday coverage
Floating: Required to float between Acute Rehab and Medsurg floors; weekend rotation includes Saturdays
EMR Systems: Meditech (Inpatient/Acute Rehab), Net Health (Outpatient)
Dress Code: Scrubs of any color or business casual; closed-toe shoes required

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Iowa
Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience within the last year

Additional Information

This is a travel contract position
Candidate will be replacing permanent staff
Parking details provided during orientation
