Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Travel)

Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Facility Type: Level III Trauma Center, 198 beds

Position Details

• Specialty: CT Imaging and General Radiography
• Role: CT / Radiologic Technologist
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, rotating day off with call
• Weekly Hours: 36-40 (including weekends)
• Call Requirements: Yes
• Float Requirements: Yes, to radiology
• Number of Openings: 1
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Certifications & Experience

• ARRT (R)(CT) certification
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Experience with GE CT scanners (64 slice, 32 slice, 16 slice) required
• Experience with trauma cases, biopsies, and CT drainage procedures
• New graduates accepted

Facility & Unit Information

• Trauma Level: III
• CT Equipment: 2 CT scanners at main campus, 1 at outpatient center
• EHR System: Cerner
• Patient Population: All ages (pediatric, adult, geriatric)
• Additional Services: Medical, surgical, rehabilitation, childbirth center, cancer center, nephrology, pediatric, behavioral health, day surgery, extensive imaging and lab testing

Additional Notes

• Must pass Area Specific Competency Exam and Skills Checklist
• Periodic on-call required
• Float to other radiology areas as needed
