Registered Nurse (Rehab) - Travel Assignment

Location: Springfield, Missouri
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours per Week: 36 (weekend hours variable)

Job Description

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care for adult patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions.
• Work in a 60-bed facility with a patient ratio of approximately 7:1.
• Utilize equipment such as workstations on wheels and patient lifts.
• Document care using EPIC and UDS electronic health records.
• Floor nursing experience is required; rehab nursing experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
• Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• No float requirements.
• No prior travel experience required.
• Scrub color: black.
• Report time: 6:30 AM.
• Parking available in the back half of the lot, no permit needed.
• Patient population: adult.
