Description
Registered Nurse (Rehab) - Travel Assignment
Location: Springfield, Missouri
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours per Week: 36 (weekend hours variable)
Call Requirements: None
Job Description
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care for adult patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries, and other conditions.
- Work in a 60-bed facility with a patient ratio of approximately 7:1.
- Utilize equipment such as workstations on wheels and patient lifts.
- Document care using EPIC and UDS electronic health records.
- Floor nursing experience is required; rehab nursing experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
- Minimum 2 years of rehabilitation nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

- No float requirements.
- No prior travel experience required.
- Scrub color: black.
- Report time: 6:30 AM.
- Parking available in the back half of the lot, no permit needed.
- Patient population: adult.
