ICU with 28 beds split between two pods:
- Pod A: 12 beds (opened 1/2019)
- Pod B: 16 beds (second floor)
Staff: 42 total
Shifts: Day and Night, each with 1 charge nurse; nurse-to-patient ratios typically 1:2, can vary from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity
Support: Critical care tech staffed 6 days a week, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Equipment: Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors, Nelcor, Arctic Sun, Sub Zero
EMR system: Meditech

Diverse nursing staff with a wide range of experience, including many with 20+ years tenure
Newly expanded ICU unit to accommodate increased patient capacity
24/7 Intensivist coverage known for being patient, respectful, and supportive of staff
Positive, patient-centered culture valuing flexibility and teamwork
ICU staff are welcoming and appreciative of travel nurses

This is a travel assignment in a competitive market; candidates with the required skills and certifications are prioritized
