Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Unit: Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Number of Beds: 10 (expanding to 20 after temp staff training)
Patient Ratio: 1:5
Staffing: RN, manager, and mental health clinician; unit secretaries and tech support available
Equipment: Computer-based documentation system (Meditech Expanse)
Floating Policy: May float if needed or use flex time
Dress Code: Business casual

Valid Psychologist license in Virginia
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Psychologist, including experience within the last year
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training
Experience providing clinical services to an outpatient population
Experience in discharge planning
Mental health experience

The unit offers training for CPI and CPR certifications if not already held
Emphasis on quick learning and adaptability
Work environment supports behavioral health care with a focus on adolescent patients
