Location: Dallas, Texas
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (36 hours per week)
Unit Information
- Department: Nuclear Medicine
- Staff on Unit: 3 Nuclear Med Techs (day shift)
- Equipment Used: Phillips and GE imaging systems
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
Typical Procedures
- PET Scans
- HIDA scans
- GI Bleed studies
- Stress Tests
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in Texas
- Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (N) Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Preferred Candidate Attributes
- Outgoing personality
- Comfortable working with high acuity patients
Additional Information
- Floating assignments may include PET Scan and Nuclear Medicine areas
- Dress code: Dark grey scrubs
- On-call duties required
