Registered Nurse - Telemetry (Travel)

Unit Information

• Unit: Telemetry (CC4 Telemetry) with a large cardiac patient population
• Number of Beds: 345
• Magnet Designation: 3-time Magnet recognized facility
• Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:5 (varies by unit and shift)
• EMR System: Meditech / CPN
• Float Pool Staff: About 80
• Typical Units Floated To: Inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units
• Work Environment: Family-oriented, collaborative, and supportive team culture

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Colorado
• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Telemetry experience
• Chemo Certification (preferred for potential Oncology unit scheduling)

Job Responsibilities & Skills

• Provide nursing care primarily on Telemetry floors and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Perform a variety of procedures related to cardiac and telemetry patient care
• Flexibility and willingness to float between units as needed
• Ability to work day shifts (7A - 7P)
• Team player with compassion and adaptability
