Schedule

• Day shift
• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Role Overview

• Progressive care unit RN role
• Strong cardiac background needed
• Unit serves a heavy cardiac/CVA population
• Must be able to manage cardiac drips, including heparin and nitro

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
• PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
• Prior travel experience required
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous charge experience
• Epic experience
