Mammography Tech

Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Hillsboro, Oregon
• Day shift: 5x8 hours
• 40 hours per week
• Contract length: 16 weeks
• Weekend coverage required: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Screening mammography exams only
• Expected pace: 2 exams per hour per technologist
• Does not float
• No on-call
• No block schedule
• 48 hours not approved

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Oregon
• Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Mammography Technologist experience
• Current state license as applicable to the role
• BLS certification
• National tech certification verification
• State license verification
• Education verification
• Background check
• Employment application with at least the last 5 years of employment
• Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• Skills checklist for the applicable unit
• Fit mask clearance
• Negative TB or chest X-ray
• Tdap within 10 years
• Rubeola, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, drug screening, flu documentation, COVID documentation, and respirator clearance as required by the assignment
