Pediatric OR experience is preferred
Must be able to scrub and circulate
On-call coverage is required for nights and weekends, with 6–12 hour shifts every six weeks

Physical exam within 1 year of start
N95 mask fit testing within 1 year of start
Tdap within 10 years of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
TB questionnaire annually in lieu of annual TB test
Badge photo submitted 2 weeks prior to start
Signed fingernail policy
Compliance checklists
Online training modules before orientation
Core Part I, Core Part II, Core Part III, and OSHA mandatory annual requirements
Color blind testing
Unit-specific competency exam within 3 years of start, then every 3 years
Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
