7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Every other weekend required
May be scheduled to work holidays during the assignment period
Flexible scheduling preferred

Assignment Details

Critical care float pool for Critical Care Units
Unit coverage includes SICU, MICU, CCU, and OICU
36 hours per week
13-week contract

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
Critical Care Float experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS

Additional Compliance Requirements

Annual stroke education CEUs for RNs in acute care hospitals
Background check
Fingerprinting
TB screening
Physical exam within the last 12 months
Drug screen within the last 12 months
Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
COVID vaccine series preferred; if not provided, a facility-specific declination is required when applicable
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation or acceptable alternatives
Driver’s license or state ID
