Registered Nurse – PCU (Progressive Care Unit) – Travel/Contract

Location: Jackson, Tennessee
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each; 18:45–7:15)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Work on a busy Cardiac/Progressive Care Telemetry unit.
Experience in Telemetry and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) required.
Potential to float to other Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units and ICU (lowest acuity patients).
Must have recent Epic experience within the last 12 months (detailed on profile).

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU), including telemetry experience, within the last year.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Certifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
