Technologist - Cath Lab
Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description
- Provide services in the Cardiovascular/Interventional Laboratory including:
- Cardiac catheterization
- Angiography
- Peripheral angioplasty with or without stent placement
- Venography
- Cardiac pacemaker insertions
- Various non-vascular interventional procedures
- Work with both inpatient and one-day outpatient services
- Patient population primarily adult to geriatric
- Trauma Level II facility
- Electronic Medical Record system used: Paragon
- Dress code requires hospital-provided procedural scrubs; no open outside clothing allowed in procedure rooms (e.g., sweatshirts, long sleeve shirts)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist, including experience within the last year
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Appropriate licensure for Technologist specialty (as applicable)
