Radiology Tech - Michigan (Pontiac)

Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM, every other weekend (EOW)

Required Qualifications

• Radiology Technician with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year.
• Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Health and Immunization Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccine with booster proof (valid through Sept 2025); declination or exemption requires agency letterhead.
• MMR: Proof of 2 vaccinations with dates or IgG titer lab report.
• Hepatitis B: Must have started vaccination series prior to start (1st shot before start, 2nd shot 30 days later, 3rd shot 6 months later); titers not accepted.
• Influenza vaccine: Optional but recommended.
• Tuberculosis screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test required; positive TB requires chest x-ray within last year for Michigan.
• Varicella: Proof of 1 vaccination or IgG titer lab report.
• Tdap: Current, non-expired vaccine required; declination accepted if no pediatric interaction.
• Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from exam within last year confirming fitness to work.

Drug Screening

• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (preferred within 14 days), must be negative and include MRO signature.
• Panel includes: Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, 6-Monoacetylmorphine, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methaqualone, Methadone.
• No THC allowed.

Background and Compliance Checks

• Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification and all known aliases.
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED.
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks within past 30 days.
• Criminal background and NSO (National Sex Offender) checks dated within 30 days.
• Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and integrity/audit services forms required.
• System access form must be completed and uploaded one week before start.

Professional Documentation

• Resume and skills checklist (within one year).
• Two professional references.
• CORE exam completed within the past year.

This position requires a Radiology Technician with all relevant licenses, certifications, immunizations, and compliance documentation current and verifiable prior to start. The role involves working a day shift with every other weekend coverage.
