Role Overview

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Idaho
• Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year

Notes

• American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
• 9-panel or 10-panel drug screen required before start, with MRO signature.
• Specialty exam must be completed within a year.
• Core exam within a year.
• Hepatitis B quantitative titers are required along with proof of immunization.
• Declinations are not accepted for COVID-19 or influenza in CA or IL.
• Influenza vaccine, declination, or exemption is required for the listed flu dates.
