Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance

Influenza vaccine or facility-specific declination form required; if declination is used, traveler must wear a mask at all times while on assignment
Centralus education verification
Education mission statement for initial assignments
BLS must be current and not expire during the assignment
MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
Fit test completed prior to start
Hepatitis B immunity, vaccination series, or facility-specific declination form
TB testing
Valid current US driver’s license or US ID card
