Assignment Details

• Location: Elmer, New Jersey
• Specialty: CT Scan
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Days, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Hours per week: 30
• Schedule: Every Thursday and Friday, plus every other weekend
• Floating: Must float between the Elmer and Bridgeton locations

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in New Jersey
• CT Technologist (3 years of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• ARRT
• CT Certification
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NJDEP License
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Experience

• Emergency Room experience

Work Expectations

• Produces CT images of designated anatomical areas as ordered by a licensed physician
• Approximately 125 scans per day
• Works with 2 CT scanners
• CT tech aides are available 24/7 to support the technologist
• Facility is a DNV stroke center and ACR accredited

Orientation / Start Requirements

• Full orientation must be completed
• Monday orientation is virtual from the worker’s own computer
• Assigned modules must be completed by Monday
• In-person classes are typically Tuesday through Thursday and may be held at multiple locations
• POCT class is required and is not during orientation week
• Badge appointment must be completed during orientation; badge is required for clock-ins
