Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois
• Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS
• Experience with Epic

Preferred Experience

• 1 year of experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred

Clinical Setting

• Outpatient only
• Primary patient types: musculoskeletal and orthopedic
• Ages treated: 8 to 100

Schedule

• Shifts vary between 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, and 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
• 10-hour shift option: 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
• No weekends
• Majority of staff work 5 days per week

Patient Volume

• 8–10 patients per PT

Additional Details

• May float within a 5-mile radius
• Business casual dress code
• Day-one HR orientation plus 2–3 days of charting blocks
• 45-minute treatments
• 60-minute evaluations, sometimes 45 minutes depending on diagnosis
