Required Qualifications

1+ year of Stepdown or Med/Tele experience
2 years of PCU or Med/Tele background
BLS certification through AHA
ACLS certification
Indiana RN license or compact RN license

Job Details

Floating is required to like units, including MedSurg when needed
The employee will never work alone
Three weekend shifts are required in a 4-week schedule
Drip titration may be performed for clinicians experienced with it
Unit orientation includes Jumpstart program, EPIC training, and 1–2 days on the unit

12 beds
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 3–4:1 on Prog and 4–5:1 on MedSurg
