Physical Therapist Job Opportunity

Location: Pendleton, Oregon
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Work setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic located within an Athletic club
Typical patient load: Approximately 12 patients per 10-hour day
Schedule: Four 10-hour day shifts, Tuesday through Friday, starting at 8:00 AM
No weekend or holiday shifts required
Dress code: Business casual (no denim)
Orientation: Department-specific orientation on Day 1

Patient Population & Experience

Primarily outpatient orthopedic patients with a variety of diagnoses due to small town setting
Some acute inpatient experience is helpful but not required
Outpatient experience is a must

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist license for Oregon is required (license does not need to be in hand at time of application)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Additional Information

No supervisory responsibilities
Rehab aides available, but no Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) on staff
Team includes approximately 10 Physical Therapists, 5 Occupational Therapists, and 2 Speech-Language Pathologists
