Number of Beds in Facility: 284
OR Staff: Approximately 55
Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 1 trauma RN, 1 trauma tech (variable)
- Night Shift: 2 RNs, 1 tech, 1 RN on-call, 2 techs on-call
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech

Job Description

Provide nursing care in the Operating Room setting.
Typical procedures include all OR cases except burns, transplants, and hearts.
Preferred skills include trauma and vascular experience.
Personality fit: Easy going and self-motivated.

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; PALS preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in the specialty (Operating Room).
Meditech EMR experience required.

Contract Length

Approximately 13 weeks
