Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Portland, Oregon
- Short Term Acute Care facility
- 418 staffed beds
- Epic charting
- Expected ratio: 1:4
- Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:00
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 16 weeks
- Floating: may float between units based on unit needs and may be required to float to other facilities
- Weekends: every other weekend
- On-call: not required
- Block scheduling: not required
- 48 hours: not approved
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Rehabilitation (1 year of experience)
- Rehabilitation experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- NURSYS verification required
- ACLS
- BLS
- Education Verification
- Background Check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM
- HHS/OIG
- State Specific Search
- Physical Exam
- Fit Mask
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
