Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel/Contract

New Orleans, Louisiana

Position Details

Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
Total Hours per Week: 36
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

May be assigned to an Emergency Team during emergency events, requiring staying at the facility until the event passes or serving as part of a relief team.
Candidates must be comfortable with emergency event assignments as directed by the unit manager.
Weekend coverage required every other weekend.
Epic electronic health record experience preferred.
Open to first-time travel Respiratory Therapists; new graduates are not accepted.

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Louisiana.
Minimum of 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience.
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year.
