Work Schedule

• Evenings, 4 shifts per week (Wednesday through Saturday)
• Shift hours: 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM (10-hour shifts)

Job Description

• Perform CT imaging primarily for Emergency Department patients and inpatients
• No scheduled outpatients during this shift
• Must be able to work alone after midnight

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• Radiological Technologist Certification
• ARRT CT certification
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS certification

Required Documentation and Compliance

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or state ID)
• Social Security number required for facility processing
• Background check covering all locations lived/worked/schooled in past 7 years, including federal, state, and nationwide searches; international searches if applicable
• Physical exam within 1 year of start date
• Immunizations and titers or documented declinations for:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (Tdap highly preferred)
  • Measles (Rubeola)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year (QGold, T-SPOT, or 2 PPDs)
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination required year-round

Additional Requirements

• Completion of facility-specific orientation modules within the first week of assignment
• Review and sign facility policies including:

  • Code of Conduct
  • Applicant Disclosure Statement
  • Confidentiality Policy
  • Appearance and Dress Code
  • Internet Usage Agreement
• Annual CMS Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) training certification
• References: At least two satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year, including evaluation of clinical competency and reliability; references must be from a manager, supervisor, or charge RN
• Copy of employment application required
• Washington State-specific background checks including courts and watch searches

• Maximum of 5 days Return to Office (RTO) allowed
• Start date: July 20

This position is ideal for a CT technologist with at least one year of experience, certified in CT and licensed in Washington, who is comfortable working independently during late evening hours in an acute care setting.
