Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Case Management (1 year of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
Compliance / Onboarding Requirements
- Background check covering the past 7 years, updated annually
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start and renewed for each contract renewal/extension
- HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start and renewed for each contract renewal/extension
- Color vision testing within 12 months of start
- Physical exam within 12 months of start
- N95 fit test within the past 12 months, completed before start
- Tdap vaccination within 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
- TB questionnaire completed before start
- Rubeola, mumps, and rubella immunity within 5 years
- Hepatitis B immunity or declination
- Varicella immunity or vaccination
- Negative 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
