Job Overview
- Location: Crescent City, California
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Schedule note: Every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- ED - Emergency Department (5 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Pre-Start Requirements
- Review and sign job description and conduct/orientation documents before start
- Complete TB screening within 90 days of start
- Complete physical exam within 1 year of start
- Complete fit mask testing within 1 year of start
- Complete a negative 9-panel drug screen within 6 months of start
- Complete respiratory safety clearance before start
- Complete required immunization/documentation review before start
Additional Notes
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred for RN positions
- RN candidates may be asked to complete an Epic questionnaire starting 11/3/2025 and onward
