Role Details

• This role is for an LDRP nurse working between Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby.
• Float is required.
• The role involves working with the prison population.
• First-time travelers and locals are accepted at the same rate.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• Nursery experience
• BLS issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
• NRP
• EFM
• STABLE
• CPI or MAB
• NIHSS

Orientation

• Orientation includes split 8-hour shifts, followed by two 12-hour department orientation shifts.

• Government-issued photo ID is required.
• Social Security card or SSN is required for system access.
• Background check and other standard compliance documents are required before start.
• COVID vaccination is required, with medical or religious exemptions considered.
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption is required.
