Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Richardson, Texas
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 to 19:00
• 36 hours per week
• Schedule: Tues, Thurs, Fri
• On-call: one full weekend per month, 2 weekdays per month, holidays required

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 1 year of Operating Room experience
• Operating Room experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience with Epic
• Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication)
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam
• 2 professional references within 3 years of hire

• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
• HHS/OIG within 30 days of start

• Hepatitis B declination form if applicable

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray

• Drug testing
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
