Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience: 1 year of CVICU experience within the last year
• License: Valid RN license in South Carolina
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS issued by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association; NIHSS

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security card
• Proof of E-Verify or attestation
• 7-year criminal background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Physical exam
• Fit mask completed onsite
• Tdap within 10 years
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved declination
• COVID vaccination, exemption, or declination
• 2 clinical references within the past year
• Completion of application/resume and required onboarding materials
• Competency exam and medication/pharmacology competency exam
