Overview
- Location: San Pedro, California

- Patient ratio: 1:4
- First-time travelers accepted
- May be required to float to a nearby like facility
- Every other weekend required
- RTO must be included at submission
- On-call not required
- Pending license not accepted
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in California
- ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- NIHSS
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
- NURSYS verification required
- Must complete a floating policy acknowledgement
- Must complete a fit mask record before start
- Must complete respirator clearance before start
- Must complete annual flu documentation or declination during flu season
- Must complete COVID documentation or declination
- Must complete required health screening and immunization documentation before start
Schedule Notes
- Every other weekend required, totaling 12 weekend shifts per contract
- Block scheduling may be accommodated at manager discretion
