Overview
- Night shift in a cardiac stepdown unit with a significant cardiac patient population
- Located at the Heart Hospital
- 55-bed unit
- Ratios: 1:4
- Float requirement: yes
- On-call: none
- Weekend requirement: as needed, rotating
- Block scheduling: case by case
- Option of 36 or 48 hours
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross or RQI or American Safety and Health Institute
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with Cardiac patients
- Cardiovascular Experience
Preferred
- 2 years of experience
- NIH
- CPI
