Overview
- Travel/contract RN role in Baltimore, Maryland
- Night shift: 3x12, 19:00–7:30
- Start dates listed: 10/13 and 10/27
- Patient ratio: 1:3–4
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Float requirement: yes, within units of equivalent or lower acuity
- Weekend requirement: every third weekend
- Scrubs not provided; navy blue or navy blue pants with a white top
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience with cardiac drips
- Experience with Telemetry - on the unit monitoring
- Interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Management of dysrhythmias
- Experience with the care and management of invasive lines
- Experience with central line care/management
- Experience with PICC line management
- Experience with peripheral line care/management
- Experience with CPAP
- Experience with BiPAP
- Experience with Cerner
