Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Sayre, Pennsylvania
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Unit/assignment: MS Tele Float
• Ratios: 1:4–1:8 (team nursing)
• Float position; clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs
• Every other weekend required
• First-timers accepted
• No locals within 50 miles
• No block schedule
• No on-call

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam for MS/Tele and Tele
• NURSYS Verification for RN
• State License 1 Verification
• 2 professional references verified within the past year
• Employment application
• Unit-specific skills checklist within 1 year of start
• Background check, including required Pennsylvania checks
• Education verification
• Fingerprinting in Pennsylvania
• Physical exam
• Fit mask clearance
• Negative TB or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Drug Testing, Flu vaccination/documentation, COVID vaccination/documentation
• RespSafety clearance
• Annual training and required facility modules

Preferred

• ACLS preferred
• RTO of 5 days or less preferred
