Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Bellevue, Washington
• Mostly outpatient setting
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift, 5x8 schedule, Monday–Friday
• Shift times: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• No call
• Up to 5 days of requested time off may be considered
• No custom scheduling requests allowed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Washington
• 2 years of Mammography Technologist experience
• Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Experience with Epic
• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number must be provided
• Background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school in the past 7 years
• Two satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year, including evaluation of clinical competency and reliability
• Copy of employment application
• Washington state court search results
• Washington state WSP/WATCH search results
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and flu documentation
• Tdap vaccine or declination
• Must review and sign required facility documents and policies
• Must complete assigned modules after orientation
