Job info

Perform full spectrum of diagnostic imaging and analyze biological specimens.
Assist with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, including preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals.
Use imaging devices to record radiopharmaceutical distribution within patients.
Ensure patient safety protocols and compliance with federal, state, local, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities.
Work closely with Nuclear Medicine Physicians.
Must be fully trained and self-reliant in routine Nuclear Medicine techniques.

Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in California.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, including experience within the last year.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Certified Technologist in Nuclear Medicine (CTNM).
Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine (N).
An Associate's degree in a related field is mandatory.
