Overview

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
Schedule: Every other weekend; every other holiday
Role placement: Traveler will be placed on the unit with the greatest need, either PCU or Med/Surg/Tele, based on the traveler’s skills
Float scope: May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

RN Step Down (PCU)
Will accept a M/S or Stepdown RN; same credentialing for both skills
Specialty exam and skills must be completed
EPIC familiarity is listed in the source

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIH Certification
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience in an Acute Care setting
Driver's License
Med Surg experience
Telemetry experience
Experience with Epic
